This is an opportunity to join a growing team from the beginning and play an important role in delivering high-quality contract talent to our clients as we build our US business.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with the sales team to deliver contract recruitment solutions for clients across banking, financial services, and technology.
· Source, screen, and qualify high-quality contract professionals using a range of methods including networking, referrals, database searches, and proactive outreach.
· Manage the candidate process end-to-end, including interviews, preparation, feedback, and offer coordination.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract candidates with relevant technical and domain experience.
· Ensure a positive experience for both clients and contractors throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM to track candidate activity, submissions, and placements.
· Stay informed about market trends, skill availability, and contractor expectations within the technology and financial services sectors.
· Support ongoing contractor engagement by maintaining regular communication and providing updates throughout assignments.
Candidate Profile
· 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment delivery, ideally within technology, governance, risk or financial services contract recruitment.
· Experience sourcing and managing contract candidates in fast-paced recruitment environments.
· Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
· A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and delivery.
· Proactive and resourceful when identifying and engaging talent.
