Recruitment Consultant

Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. You’ll play a key role in developing our IT talent pipeline and contributing to the ongoing growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying hiring requirements and sourcing top-tier IT professionals using innovative techniques (headhunting, networking, referrals, etc.)
Supporting the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact to placement
Collaborating with colleagues across our global offices to maximize business opportunities
Delivering an exceptional experience to every client and candidate you work with
Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long-term relationships
Skills / Experience:
Background in recruitment, sales, or business development
Excellent communication skills in English
A proactive, confident personality and a genuine desire to succeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
Passion for the tech industry and curiosity to keep learning
