This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new team from day one, help shape the culture, and make a direct impact on our US growth story. We have some aggressive growth plans for the next four years and are looking for people who want to be on the ground floor of our US growth!
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a pipeline of high-value clients by driving business development efforts through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic relationship management.
- Negotiate best in class processes and terms of business with our clients that enable Nicoll Curtin to deliver its award-winning service to our new US accounts
- Manage the full recruitment process: qualification, shortlisting, interview prep, offer negotiation, and client /contractor care and follow-up.
- Work with Delivery teams to build and manage a pipeline of high-quality IT clients and contractors through innovative sourcing methods such as headhunting, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Keep accurate and timely data in the ATS/CRM to track activity and results
Candidate Profile
- 4–10+ years of proven experience in IT or technical contract staffing, ideally with exposure to the banking/financial services sector.
- A track record of building and maintaining a client and contractor book from scratch or growing an existing one.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
