Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a 360 consultant with a proven billing record within Ireland, ideally within the Fintech sector, to help grow our footprint in Ireland and take the team to the next level.
We've been operating in the Dublin and Galway markets for the past 5 years. Last year, we established a team in our new Dublin office, and you would be a valued member of this fresh and dynamic team that's already hitting the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Straight away you'll be able to take on a warm desk & work with some of Nicoll Curtin’s existing clients, so you can hit the ground running.
- Focus on building relationships with clients and candidates. We all work towards building solid, long-term relationships with some of the best talent out there.
- Booking in and leading multiple client meetings every week.
- Win new accounts by leveraging new or existing relationships.
- Work with our global teams effectively, you’ll be working with teams in London, Serbia and across Europe frequently.
- Work with clients directly to understand the various types of positions that we source for.
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
- All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interview, and managing the process.
Skills and Experience
- Previous recruitment experience is ideal, minimum 1 year
- Proven billing record and the ability to win new business
- Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
- Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
- Independent person with good organization skills
