Sales Support Specialist / Sales Administrator
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Belgrade!

For our Serbia office, we are looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist/Sales Administrator who will be supporting our Recruiters on global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with Recruiters from Switzerland, UK, Ireland, and Serbia and helping them with formatting candidate CVs
- Creating, updating, and managing candidate information on internal Recruitment database (Bullhorn)
- Making sure that information on the database and CV is accurate, in the right format, and that skills are coded properly, per clients' requirements
- Providing any other administrative support
Candidate Profile
- English– upper intermediate, especially writing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Outlook
- Very good organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Client relationship management skills
