We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Belgrade!

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nicoll Curtin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team and our Hiring Managers to attract, assess, and hire talented professionals who align with our company culture and business objectives and you will be responsible for the HR Administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, addressing queries, and offering a personalized approach
Learn the NC way of how to attract and source Recruiters on international markets by helping our Hiring team in choosing the right candidate for the open positions
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the internal openings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant databases
Managing Employee Records in accordance with the labor legislation of the country where our employees are working What are we looking for

What are we looking for

Bachelor’s degree – obtained
Up to 5 years of experience in Recruitment or HR filed
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Motivated to work in the Recruitment industry
Fluency in English, written and spoken, able to work full time on English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Energetic and positive individual, oriented towards constantly improving his / her skills
Sales and result-driven mindset
