We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our USA team!

Nicoll Curtin is an award-winning Technology & Change Recruitment Agency with a long tradition of placing outstanding talent with industry-leading companies. Our offices are based in London, Dublin, New York, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong and Belgrade.
Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will be based in our London office and will eventually relocate to the East Coast of the USA to contribute to the ongoing growth of our business.
Role Purpose:
We are looking for hungry, driven and enthusiastic people to join our team, with exciting opportunities to leverage your market knowledge and recruitment expertise. You will be able to support Nicoll Curtin’s growth objectives and establish the company as a trusted recruitment partner within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and apply advanced sourcing skills to identify and engage top-tier talent
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to build a strong, qualified talent pool
- Conduct market research and map potential clients to drive business development initiatives
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Drive business growth by identifying leads and collaborating with colleagues to maximize opportunities across different industries
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in recruitment and business development (preferably in the USA market)
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, tools, and technologies
- Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
- Sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset
- Proactive and independent, with excellent time management and organizational abilities
