Nicoll Curtin specializes in placing both contract and permanent Tech, Change & Transformation professionals at a range of clients including Big Tech Firms, Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Prop Trading, FinTech, eCommerce and others.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (2-5 years of experience) with proven experience within the Hong Kong market. This desk may start out quiet, but it also presents an exciting chance for you to join a innovative team, playing a key role in shaping our Hong Kong practice from the ground up. This role will also have visibility into leadership positions depending on how you perform, and is an opportunity that is rare for usual speedy growth tracks. The role will report to our APAC Executive Director.

What would you do

• Identifying new key clients on the market and business opportunities
• Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Client knowledge- market mapping, booking meetings
• All aspects of the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and managing client side
• Generate and share leads within the team/division
• Continuous research into the recruitment/business landscape
• Demonstrate ability to create and advertise professional Job Descriptions of an NC standard
