We are currently going through a period of growth due to a highly successful previous couple of years and we’re opening new offices across Ireland, Hong Kong and Germany.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a 360 consultant with a proven billing record within Ireland, ideally within the Fintech sector, to help grow our footprint in Ireland and take the team to the next level.

We’ve been working in the Dublin and Galway market for the last 4 years from our London office and have a number of high profile clients, however this is a very exciting hire as it will be the first Irish based hire.

The role will initially be remote but as the team grows there will be an expectation of a minimum of 2 days of the week in the office 3 days from home. There will be an office available from day one to use as you wish.

• Business development – winning new clients within the Fintech space
• Identify new opportunities through research and knowledge of the market, Nicoll Curtin will provide unparalleled tools to support you on this
• Build out relationships with clients that we currently work with, leveraging relationships we have in other locations
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods – again Nicoll Curtin provide a huge array of tools
• All aspects of recruitment life cycle including screening, interview and managing the process
• Keep abreast of developments in your market

Skills and Experience

• Previous recruitment experience is a must
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Proving billing record and an ability to win new business
• Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
• Sales driven mindset, achievement-oriented
• Independent person with good organization skills
• Experienced working from home
