Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant (2-5 years of experience) with proven experience within the Hong Kong market. This will be a hot desk as we have several big name accounts, and there will also be a great opportunity for you to be part of a pioneering team, contributing to the build out of our Hong Kong practice. This role will also have visibility into leadership positions depending on how you perform, and is an opportunity that is rare for usual speedy growth tracks. You will be working the same Hong Kong markets, with the only difference being a change in lifestyle in cosmopolitan Singapore! The role will report to our APAC Executive Director.

What would you do

• Identifying new key clients on the market and business opportunities
• Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Client knowledge- market mapping, booking meetings
• All aspects of the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and managing client side
• Account Management and Delivery on hot open roles for our Key Accounts
• Generate and share leads within the team/division
• Continuous research into the recruitment/business landscape
• Demonstrate ability to create and advertise professional Job Descriptions of an NC standard
